There are several rounds of interviews for a Shopee role that includes an initial HR chat, a written test, an interview with the direct supervisor and a cross team interview for culture/chemistry check. Initial chat with the HR was positive and encouraging but the written test was heavy. You are given a week to complete the task and was weighted heavily in the interview process. It takes a few weeks for the company to get back to you on the results and they won't tell you how you could have done better until you prompt them. Even then, the answers were a little vague.
