The interview was a month long process. A recruiter of the specific department you applied for will reach out to you. They can only process one application at a time so you have to choose your best interest. Once you pass the screening, you'll take a skills assessment test according to your job application. Then a final interview with the head of your department.

Interview
Three-stage interview process. First with HR, next is a 1.5hour proficiency test (Marketing and Excel Test) done online, and the final stage is with the manager of the team. I believe I did not get the job offer as the manager did not think I will be a good fit for their team. If you really want a job with Shopee, you need to value and prioritise your work above your life, which is not for me.
