Shoal Creek Golf Course interview questions

The interview process was disappointing and more disorganized than expected for a club with Shoal Creek's reputation. Communication was inconsistent, including a missed interview appointment that required follow-up from the candidate. During the interview, I felt portions of my professional background were dismissed or minimized before I had the opportunity to explain the scope of my responsibilities. As a result, I did not feel the interview provided a complete or accurate assessment of my qualifications. While the questions themselves were straightforward, the overall experience left me questioning the professionalism and objectivity of the hiring process.
