      I interviewed at Shiseido

      Interview

I went through three interviews with Shiseido. After the final one, I was contacted by phone and verbally offered the position — I was told I had been selected. However, after that call, I received no further communication for several weeks. About a month later, I was informed that they had decided to hire someone else. This behavior felt unprofessional and disrespectful towards candidates. Making an offer and then disappearing without timely updates shows a lack of transparency and poor management of the recruitment process.
