Definitely more involved (there was a presentation) but not more difficult than other interviews. The interviewees were very friendly, and the process seemed straightforward (no waiting around/wasted time). It seemed less about vetting my actual knowledge, and was more centered around soft-skills and the presentation (which I agree is an effective test for a consultant). Left the series of meetings feeling very good, whether or not a role was tendered.
