Was referred by current employee which led to an interview over the phone with HR. Talk went well and ended up with them suppose to be calling me back to set up a time to come in or have a mock phone call. Never called and when I reached out they said the person I spoke with was changing departments and the process for interviewing was delayed due to a wait for the final headcount, and that they would contact me. Never did. Was taking a 25% paycut to be a part of what they are doing.

Interview
I interviewed with three people. Two senior ISR in the position and the sales manager. They asked a few questions about my background and why I would be a good fit for the position. The most important part to that interview was that I knew how to sell Shift to potential customers. Do that and you'll move forward to mock interviews.
