Phone screen with recruiter. Did not go past this point. Recruiter put bluntly that the company expects employees to regularly work 50+ hour weeks as a rule. I asked why and was told because it is how they run their startup. I appreciated the transparency and declined. Can say I'm not startup material all you want, but companies in 2025 might be better off putting "Accepting applications from Robots Only" on the job boards. Aligns with all the reviews of people saying this company works you to death here.
