Smooth, structured interview process and a very kind, articulate team. Company is very accomodating for the onsite (couple hours at Dallas location with interfacing teams, director, and VP. Included technical, behavioral, and project presenation). Overall process was enjoyable.

Question 1
Draw a general stress/strain and identify key areas. What might the curve look like for ductile materials? What might the curve look like for brittle materials?

Interview
Interview spanned most of the day. Majority of the time was spent with various hardware team members. I gave a presentation, took a 60 minute test and discussed my results with some of the team, and had various 1-on-1s with two of the managers. Also sat down with the CEO and COO to make sure that I understood Shield, and to make sure that I'd be a good cultural fit.
