In store and informal. Assistant manager led the interview. Very basic questions re: integrity and working under adversity. Assistant manager filled out a packet for corporate, but hiring decision was made on the spot by the store manager.

They interview everyone who applies but the manager doing the interview will act disinterested immediately and barely show you around if he doesn't click with you. The job itself seemed simple and something that changes day to day.
