Call from a corporate recruiter for a quick 20 minute interview, than a interview at a store that is very relaxed where you ask questions that the recruiter provided. Third part is an interview with the DM for about 45 minutes and it is basic behavioral question and question about who you are.

There were 3 interviews for this job. First you met with a Talent Coordinator, who gave an overview on the position and what I would be doing. Then I had an "office visit", where I got to go to Sherwin Williams and actually see what they did on a day to day basis. Finally, I met with the District Manager and had a typical interview where I talked about my previous work experience, and how this will help me grow as a person.
