Interview
They first give you a call to ask a few questions. After that they give you some information and have you reach out to a semi local store manager. You set up another interview with them. This interview happens on a different day and you discuss a bunch of things and they describe what will go on. After this, you can be interviewed again by corporate location. They grill you on resume and desires, etc. After that you either hear from them or get the rejection.
I was called by a recruiter for the first round of interviews. I already had an internship offer though, and they could not expedite the interview process so I had to stop the interview process at Sherwin.
