      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Folsom, CA) in Mar 2011

      Interview

First they will call you and you will do an interview with the regional recruiter. Then she called me back and told me that I would do an interview with the regional manager. I went in and did a one on one interview. The interview lasted about 25 minutes. When you do an interview make sure that you focus in on customer service skills. They LOVE customer service and that's what they want to hear.

      Application

      I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams

      Interview

It started with a phone interview that was pretty casual just usual questions about what I wanted to do with my degree and the way I worked with people. A lot of questions about customer service and difficult situations I had working with a a team. Than I had an interview with a regional manager that basically just went over my resume and asked me how the different things that I did in previous jobs would make me a good fit for their company

      Question 1

      No question was too difficult
