Pretty simple they re great at seeing talent and understanding that with training good people can be molded. They want positive self starters because employees are given a nice amount of freedom to generate new business. Personality alone can get you in you just have to be a quick learner is all.

4 week process. friendly staff and the HR is a big help. Phone interview then a store visit. After that you meet with Manager for final interview in which he/she ask typical questions.

Informal, relaxed, conversational. Met with training manager, district manager, and hired within 24 hours. Definitely a flexible organization. Just be a hard worker that is willing to learn and you'll have a great shot.
