Interview
The selection process consisted of a phone interview, followed by a successful shortlisting. This led to a series of one-on-one interviews, spread across three distinct stages, each with different interviewers. As part of the process, I had to make a journey to the company's headquarters located in Nairobi. During the in-person interview, I was required to submit all physical documents for thorough evaluation. After the initial rounds, there was a four-month waiting period before I received feedback, leading to the final interview. Notably, five individuals, including myself, were shortlisted as potential candidates for the position.
