I sat down with my GM, we spoke about the job position. He asked me about my previous job and how it would help me here. He asked me about a time that I had to handle a rude customer. After that he asked me what I would like to get out of this job. From there he gave me a second interview with the CSM and she just asked me days I could work the details of the job, if I could multitask etc..
