Was a fairly timely process. However the job offers say 48000 a year, however that is not true. The first 6 months to a year you are paid 3000 a month and after that your are commission based. If you do not make more than 4000 dollars a month with your commission earnings then you will develop a negative balance. This means if you have a month where you make 3000 dollars and the next month you make 4500 you will still carry a negative 500 dollar balance and will only be paid 4000 dollars.
The commission is 15 percent of front and back end gross.
Also do not fall into the trap of self identifying as a disabled veteran.
The application asks for military back ground information and reason for separation. I answered honestly and in the interview they asked how I was injured and proceeded to question my ability to walk around the lot and to kneel down to put on license plates.
This caused them to be concerned that I would not be able to physically do the job, when I left the interview I felt ashamed and honestly had they offered me a position I would have turned it down.
