Provided interview questions upon arrival. Interviewed with assistant principal and two teachers. Lots of questions about their curriculum model, researchers that I was interested in, and their programs. Few questions about prior experiences. Mostly questions about what they already do in their programs.

Easy process. No mock lesson. They often hire people with little experience. They have really high turn around. Friendly low key interview. Talked about past experience and hypothetical teaching situations
