The hiring process was very lengthy but Shea wants to make sure that you are the right fit. I started communicating with HR in California in the very beginning with an initial phone interview and 1 hr online assessment. The assessment determines your personality type, strengths, weaknesses etc. I continued to interview with about 4-5 people afterwards, ending with the VP of the company. Surprisingly, the VP was very down to earth and easy to talk to! Shea will make sure that your personality will fit with the community you are placed at.
