It was a conversational interview with fairly straight forward questions. We discussed the industry and what projects I have worked on. It wasn’t a good fit for what I want to do so I didn’t pursue it further.

Shawmut had a thorough interview process. I went through a total of four interviews; three in-person and a phone interview to start things off. Each interview was quite different, but by the end of it, I felt like the interviewers had come away with a good idea of who I was and what I could offer.
