Started with a half hour phone HR interview, then progressed to a one hour technical interview, and a final 2.5 hour group interview with the team. The interview communication from the company was thorough, which made the interview process very smooth. The technical interview was also unique (pair programming, but you guide the interviewer to complete a task). The team also seemed very friendly. I'm leaving a neutral review because the offer was at a much lower salary than I asked for in the beginning, so I had to decline.
