I applied through university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Shared Spectrum Company
Interview
I had an in-person interview at my campus after applying. After that, I got a phone interview where they only asked basic questions. They then told me to do a coding assignment where I would be given 48 hours to complete it after they sent it. So I scheduled the day that would work best for me and waited. Unfortunately, they sent it 20 hours late without adjusting the time that it was due and it was around midterms so I already didn't have much time. This caused me to stay up all night just to get it done. I just barely got it done around the time it was due. After all of that, they ghosted me instead of giving me a proper letter of rejection. Overall it was a very unprofessional experience and I hope others have a better one after applying.
