Had a total of two interviews conducted via google meet: a screen with a junior producer and a follow-up interview with a producer working in a similar position (though based in china). Both interviews talked about relevant experiences and past jobs based on my resume - the first interview wasn't especially in depth, but the second interview asked more follow-up questions. Both seemed to go fairly well, with the second interviewer indicating that he wanted to set up a third interview with the CEO of the company: unfortunately, after this, they ghosted me completely, for about two months now. Because of this, I have to give them a negative rating, though the actual process itself was inoffensive.

Met with the recruiter who was overseas. The connection was poor and the recruiter did not introduce herself or provide any information about the company or the role. I was asked questions that were not relevant to my experience, including challenges to experience that is clearly listed on my resume. Additionally, the recruiter repeatedly asked about my college graduation year, which felt inappropriate and unrelated to the position. The recruiter also seemed unaware of my location and assumed I could commute several hours to the office, despite prior communication indicating that remote work was allowed (with adjusted pay). That note about remote work appears to have been removed from the posting, and the recruiter did not acknowledge it. I decided to politely withdraw from the process due to these concerns but the recruiter requested my expected pay band to see if it could be approved. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and concerning. I do not feel comfortable continuing with this recruitment process.
