I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Shapiro & Ingle in Sep 2017
Interview
First, I talked with two people from HR and they went over my resume. They send a worksheet ahead of time for you to fill out and that is what went over. Then I did the assessment. There were basic math and writing problems as well as a typing test. Once I was finished, I talked with one of the managers of a specific department. I ended the interview talking with one of the HR people.
Most of the questions they asked me were fairly easy and they asked essentially the same questions multiple times. The majority of the face-to-face interview was me asking them questions.

Interview
Two HR people come in and talk to you for about 30 minutes, very casual, then for the next 30 minutes, you have to take an assessment test. The assessment was pretty simple; mostly basic math and internet knowledge.
I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Shapiro & Ingle in May 2016
Interview
There were required on-site typing, personality, and cognitive assessments. Most of them were timed. No behavioral or situational interview questions were asked because it was like an initial screening. HR specialist mostly explained in more detail about the position and the law firm. They asked about previous experience, and any clarifications regarding resume.
