Shadow Networks interview questions

Warning: Don't interview here unless you're willing to risk having your current employer contacted! I interviewed at Shadow Networks. Against my wishes and without my permission they contacted my current employer. I even had an NDA in place! Now I have a huge problem at my current company. Obviously a potential employer wants to learn as much as they can about a prospective hire. But a line is crossed when someone opts to jeopardize your career by revealing your interest in another company without your permission. I wouldn't want to work for a company that has such low regard for ethics in the hiring process.
