Interview
My interview was with three agency leaders. The main interviewer asked most of the questions. They were all very polite and the atmosphere was relaxed. I will know by the end of the week if they select me for the position.

Interview
I set up a phone interview for the Program Director position. They called at the scheduled time and told me that the position had been filled. They then offered me a position that was essentially a home health aid with slightly more responsibility - coordinating care for a few homes, being on-call 24/7 to cover shifts but having to work the shift yourself if you couldn't get it covered.
