I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sevita (Bakersfield, CA) in Nov 2012
Interview
I made an inquiry to an ad and was contacted within a few days for an interview which resulted in a face to face interview. At my interview, I was asked about my experience with special needs populations and my degree status (the position they were hiring for required a certain amount of units) as the position was for the DC (development center) clients with behavioral challenges. I was offered a position.

Question 1
They asked me if I had any experience with special needs and what was my current level of education.
Done as a video interview. The recruiter called beforehand and lets you know when you need to complete your interview. You can practice beforehand and then record when you are ready. Simple process!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sevita (Phoenix, AZ) in Apr 2025
Interview
Easy, I thought that they were desperate for a worker. I was hoping more of a challenge. I am seeing the reviews at Indeed and it looks bad as well in here.
We appreciate the time you put into leaving us this review. Your dedication, time, and service does not go unnoticed. We will work hard to learn from your feedback and grow as a whole.
Quick and simple. They needed to hire more people to fill the positions quickly. Despite having no experience in the field, the interview questions did not matter to the interviewer.
