Severud Associates interview questions

An informal interview with a principal engineer (no technical test), and then a younger engineer will show you around the office and tell you about what you might expect day to day. Make sure to dress formally!

Was invited for 1:1 interview with principal despite the distance. The interviewer briefly went over the compensation and company history. Asked general personality questions and previous experiences. Got to talk with one recently-hired engineer and met some of the other younger engineers.
