Initial phone screen and then interviews with the teams. Phone screen was with the hiring manager and interview rounds were with the team I would be working on. Hiring manager pretty much spoke the entire time, mentioned negative experiences with previous people in the role. Didn't seem like she had great knowledge on the function so it didn't seem like the person in this role would be set up for success.
