Settlement Music School interview questions

Multiple phone interviews. I responded to a listing advertising a reasonable yearly salary and a benefits package but quickly found out the position was closer to a part time internship with no guarantee of hours to meet the benefits threshold nor any guarantee of hours past the first few months. Definitely felt like a bait and switch situation, with very little respect for my time or experience from those who I spoke with.
