      Screening (30 minutes): An initial conversation to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the role within the company. Technical Interview (60 minutes): A deep dive into technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and relevant expertise through coding tasks or theoretical discussions. Test Assignment (1 week): A take-home project evaluating practical skills, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities in a real-world job scenario. Interview with EVP of Operations (30 minutes): A high-level discussion about strategic thinking, leadership potential, and alignment with company goals and vision.
