The process consisted of three interviews, one introductory, one technical interview and one coding test. The interviews in general felt really unprepared and unprofessional. They stressed also they were searching for someone who could work with "very few/loose" requirements - a big red flag for me which reflects the unprofessionalism of thier interview technique. Coding test was also done to test this ability to work with "loose requirements", so was quite a difficult challenge for an hours test. Again it seemed to test what can you hack together in not enough time based on a loose description. Doesn't bode well for what they would expect if you were to work for them. The position was also advertised as remote and they told me it was no problem to work from where I live now, but when it came down to it they told me they couldn't offer me a contact in my current location....after wasting time doing 3 interviews with them. I would suggest to anyone to avoid interviewing with this company.
