Pre-Screening. Then Pop Quiz test that they call interview with Director of Analytics. Then Another "interview" with Director and random team member. Wasn't really interviews. Was very weird and unprofessional. Director showed up late every single time 30 mins late on the first interview and 15 mins on the second. Also continued to tell me my future plans to continue to study was a dumb idea. Also abruptly stopped the interview to tell me my candidacy for the position was dropped because I wanted to pursue a masters degree in the future. Overall terrible and I probably dodged a bullet with this one. I don't believe the Director of Analytics reflects the goals and mission of this company.
