very friendly and easy, a 4 stage process.
stage 1: recruiter interview
stage 2: online test, to test understanding, and grammar
stage 3: Mock call
stage 4: phone interview
The process was very easy, and quick. The mock call, you were given potential scenarios the call may be about, for example, a customer looking for information on nursing, and you had to provide the correct information to them.

Questions like previous examples for experience how to deal with scenarios and usage of star method to answer those wuestions and give answers based on that scenario. Also why u want to join serco and different questions like this
Quick and easy didn't take too long to get an offer from them. They didn't ask too many questions and made it quite simple. Asked about references and start date notices.

Interview
The interview was informal, easy and warming. The managers made me feel welcome and not nervous at all. The interview lasted around 15 to 30 minutes. I accepted the offer but if you’re with agency they don’t give a damn about you and will fire you.
