Question 1
most unexpected question was how good are you in math and gave me a scenario with percentages
The Serco interview was fairly standard and unremarkable. The interviewer maintained a formal and somewhat distant tone, which made the experience feel less welcoming. Most questions focused on handling customer inquiries, resolving conflicts, maintaining confidentiality, and working effectively in a team. There were several scenario-based questions designed to assess practical problem-solving and communication skills, but nothing overly complex or unexpected. Overall, it was a professional experience, though somewhat impersonal, providing a clear sense of the role’s expectations without being particularly engaging.
Interview was over the telephone after submitting cv. Interview was straightforward easy to answer questions. Very informal was told on the call I had the job and what the next stage will be

Tell me about a time you have dealt with a difficult customer
Very relaxed, video call online with questions. Standard general questions nothing too out of the ordinary. Make sure you know your strong points and weak points with examples to reference each point made.
