SeraCare Life Sciences interview questions

There was an initial phone inteview with HR and then the Hiring manager followed by on site interview. During the on site interview, additional meetings were scheduled with other managers and coworkers.

3 interviews conducted with people from different departments. Everyone was very welcoming and ensured that i was at ease during the entire interview process. Focus was on my past experience and how i would contribute to the success of the organization.
