      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sequoia Equities in Jan 2022

      Interview

      I applied on indeed. After 1 week, I was contacted via email to confirm a phone interview. I spoke with Nadia who was super kind and explained the job description in detail. I happily expressed my interest and we went over my background and experience along with some behavioral questions. After 30 minutes, she sent me an invitation for an in person interview with the Community Manager. I met with Angelica the following day , who was also very welcoming and asked me a series of questions- some behavioral and some sales then We went over my work experience. After that, 5 days later I was contacted again for a 3rd interview with the RPM Elizabeth, who was awesome as well. Shortly after ending the interview with RPM, I was offered the job!!! I couldn’t believe it, I contacted HR and spoke to Ashley Say, who was extremely thorough and a pleasure to work with during this process! I let them know I was still very interested and accepted the offer. The background check is super extensive and very thorough. Over the course of the BGC, it took around 2 full weeks (including weekends) for it to complete and I was then given a final offer, onboarding date and information on discounted employee housing. I want to give Ashley and May a huge THANK YOU for their guidance during the hiring process and for answering all my questions!

      It consisted of three interviews. There was a phone interview, and two virtual interviews with higher ups. It was very straightforward and clear. They communicated effectively about next steps and made sure to let me know the interviewers opinion which was very important to me.

      Interview

      Applied Online with my Resume included, received an email after 1 week of submission requesting for a phone interview. The Phone interview was approximately 30 min. Discussed previous work history, challenges, overcoming objectives etc. Following the phone interview I was notified via email that they would like for me to interview with the Community Manager. Went to the property, the interview took 1 hour. It was an awesome experience overall. Spoke more about the details of the position and community, training . Waited 3 days until Melissa who was the Corporate Recruiter that I originally interviewed with reached out to say that they where requesting that I interview with the Regional Manager. Scheduled the interview for the following day. While interviewing with the Regional Manager we spoke about the culture of Sequoia Equities, expectations, details of my work experience. Overall the journey was very structured and professional. Upper Management was a breath of fresh air! Very welcoming! Starting from the Recruiter, Community Manager to the Regional Manager. Waited 3 days for a response
