Group interview followed by one on one, they sell you on the idea of making quick commission, very comparable to the Boiler Room scene. After that they offer a chance for one on one interviews for those who are still interested

Interview
Interview was done on company site; conducted by training manager; took place in company's meeting room; lasted about 30 to 45 minutes. Rather laid back and easy. Felt very positive after interview was done.
