During the Sentrilock interview process they had me complete a personality assessment. I cannot remember which one. I am not sure what this had to do with me being successful at my job. It was very strange, but something I was told every new employee was required to do

Interview
Started with a Zoom call with the HR rep who asked basic questions to gauge experience, abilities, and interest. She wanted to move forward in the process and set up an in-person interview with the department managers but I needed a couple days to consider. Once I gave the green light, she sent me a behavior and personality assessment online. After I completed it, she set the interview up. Directions to location were clear and interview was seamless. Very nice gentlemen to talk to. Explained the role and company well. I haven’t heard yet but was told to expect a response by the end of the week.

You leave here and find $20 on the ground. What do you spend it on?
The first interview was over the phone. A few questions were asked such are you proficient with technology such as using apps etc, name a time when you wowed a customer, and a time you had a bad experience with a customer.
