I spoke with the recruiter who was great at making the organization sound like a great place to work. But everything sounded rehearsed and information to just make the company sound good. It was explained to me that they categorize you as an engineer if you have low experience but higher education, which is rated higher than someone with lower education but more experience which made me feel uncomfortable. Make sure to research everything they tell you including salary. As a female they will lowball you, even when you know someone else has gotten an offer who has one more year of experience than you and the offer is 30k different.
