I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Senior Resource Group (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2017
Interview
I applied online and got a call back about a week later for an interview. Short interview with the Executive Director and Director of Assisted Living. Received a job offer two days later. I had to get a pre-employment physical, tb test, and fingerprints -- they paid for all of this and sent me to certain places to get it done. It took about a week for them to receive all the results before calling me back to figure out a start date. Start date was two weeks from interview date. (I am a newly licensed LVN)
At this particular location, we don't have a lot of hands-on clinical work. We have CNAs, caregivers, med techs, as well as agencies that come in to help out with that area. You will be the only nurse here for your shift, managing whomever may be below you. How do you feel about that?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Senior Resource Group (Daly City, CA)
Interview
You interview with HR and another LVN. (Great experience during this interview)
You get called back in to interview with Director of Nursing and Director of Assisted living.
**Remember you are interviewing for a job and YOUR career. The ball is in your court as well. You have to make sure you want to work for these people. For the money they are offering they expect too much.
