The interview was pretty basic. They are looking for people who are confident, driven and passionate. Experience in the e-commerce field will help but they are ready to invest in people that are ready to take initiatives. The interview was more like a friendly conversation after a point and I really couldn't tell if I was selected. The best part is that they are very professional and gave me a call the very next day to tell me if I was in. They will not keep you waiting.
