Interview
It was a double interview process. First I met with one of the Financial team members to go over the position and my experience. He then introduced me to another team member who asked just a few questions on how I would handle certain deadlines and stressful situations. The second interview was with the CFO. She again reviewed the job and her expectations of the postion. I was offered the job during that interview.
