Received initial call. Very fast, robotic - almost didn't move forward based on initial interaction.
Next was call was from recruiter - very helpful and very different than initial interaction.
Third interview is video call with manager.

2-3 interviews. More demanding and selective than should be for this level of pay. The interviewers act like this is some sort of dream job that is selective. It is far from that.

Interview
Multiple phone interviews and video interview, long on-boarding and multiple required tasks to complete before even being hired and on payroll. Far too in-depth for a job with such a low salary and low level of quality and position type.
