Interview
The interview process went incredible smoothly. In total I met with three different groups of people within only a weeks span. I also had the chance to meet with the Division President which goes to show that they have care for every employee on there team. It was great to hear how passionate everyone was about their job and about Richmond.

Interview
Phone screen followed by two in-person interviews. Interview questions were pretty standard, discussion of past work experiences as well as some personality questions like strengths/weaknesses. Also asked what you would bring to the team that no other candidate would, which I thought was a great question.

I was interviewed thoroughly by the division president and another supervisor. They asked me several questions via a skype call. The questions they asked were similar to those of other job interviews.
