The manager interviewed me immediately after I submitted my application and told me that he would contact me again later that day. The interview itself was fairly one-sided and consisted of very few questions. He mainly focused on explaining what positions were available and what could be expected in terms of pay. My hiring package was ready the following week and I accepted the offer. That being said, the hiring process was very straightforward. At least in my own experience.
