Very simple interview process. I had my interview through Zoom. They made me feel very at ease and all the questions they asked were very standard. Eg. What do you think makes you a good teacher? If a child was crying, how would you handle it? What previous experience do you have in teaching? Why would you like to teach in Japan over another country? Etc.

Why do you want to work with seiha english academy
The interview was quite easy. They conducted it online but they are probably doing them face-to-face now. The process was very relaxed. They are basically just checking your level of English and your availability.

Interview was fast and straightforward. I had two interviews in total. The people conducting the interview were also okay. At least they weren’t rude. The questions weren’t very technical either. They ask basic questions and some follow ups. I’ve had an okay experience when it comes to this company’s interview process.
