I applied through university. I interviewed at Seesaw (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2022
Interview
Met with a recruiter at career fair and received an email to do a technical interview. I then had a technical screen interview of which I heard back from the recruiter the next day.
Started as a contractor. Interviewed for one position and was not offered the role. I continued to contract with the company. Later, I was hired after creating and managing a family engagement system.

Terrible, Disorganised and Disrespectful Recruitment Experience - 0 Stars
I recently had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience applying for the Regional Marketing Manager – UK role at Seesaw.
After applying in early June, I was contacted for an interview by the EVP of Marketing. We had what I believed to be a positive and productive discussion. I was told I’d hear back within a week, but only received a vague update after following up myself. Two more weeks passed without any communication until I again followed up and received a rejection.
I thought that was the end of the process, until over three weeks later I was unexpectedly contacted by a recruiter inviting me to interview again for the same role I had already been rejected for. I set aside time and scheduled the call, only for it to be cancelled two hours before, with the explanation that they had offered the role to another candidate.
This entire process felt chaotic, poorly managed, and inconsiderate of my time. Communication was inconsistent, timelines were not honoured, and the last-minute cancellation felt particularly unprofessional. It reflects a lack of organisation and respect for candidates, which is especially disappointing from a company that claims to value empathy and communication.
I would not consider applying to Seesaw again and have asked them to remove my personal information from their systems.
I hope other candidates are treated with more care, but sadly, I suspect my experience is not unique.
