A phone call from HR Zoom interview with the manager 3 Frontal interviews at the company office including 2 technical interviews and one HR interview. Done at the same day one after one. The experience was very frustrating. I received a rejection notice for a non-technical/professional reason which can be easily understood from my CV. It was really a waste of time and disrespectful to invite me for half a day of interviews and finally reject with a delusional pretext that is easily understandable given my background ("You have no experience in small startup companies...we wanted to try...").
