Really nice people. Sometimes too nice. But overall a really good learning experience for someone interested in pr. Would recommend to anyone looking to get in the field. Relatively small and smaller clients but workload was substantial for an intern.
Holy roller vibes. The interviewer seemed more interested in my personal beliefs and background than my work experience and skills. The bible came up more than once, which I thought was an odd topic for an interview. Based off of my interview and the reviews here, this seems like they aim to create an uncomfortable working environment for non-Christians.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at See.Spark.Go (Athens, GA) in Apr 2024
Interview
phone screen with HR followed by request to produce SM posts and a video for 4 of their clients in the next 48 hours. I worked all weekend on this and was ghosted after that. I was referral of two different employees which was even worse.
