The interview process was unnecessarily long, disorganized, and ultimately a complete waste of time. What could have been handled efficiently was stretched across multiple rounds with repetitive questions and shifting expectations.
Candidates were asked to invest significant time and energy — including scheduling disruptions and preparation — without any clear direction or respect for that commitment. By the end, it became evident that the organization either did not know what it was looking for or was not aligned internally.
I would strongly recommend that future candidates carefully consider the time investment required. A professional, well-run company values efficiency and candidate experience — unfortunately, that was not demonstrated here.
